Nicholsen Architecture + Design was founded in 2004. We are centrally located on Long Island and focus on residential projects from Western Suffolk County to the Hamptons. Our work focuses on high quality, meticulous attention to detail, and practical use of space. We believe in making every space count, from the perspective of both energy efficiency and aesthetic design.

A legible survey is valuable for us to analyze building setbacks and any other important calculations. Finally, thoroughly describe the desired scope of work as well as a budget in mind for the price of construction. We will get back to you as soon as we have evaluated the information provided.
