Nicholsen Architecture + Design was founded in 2004.  We are centrally located on Long Island and focus on residential projects from Western Suffolk County to the Hamptons.  Our work focuses on high quality, meticulous attention to detail, and practical use of space.  ​We believe in making every space count, from the perspective of both energy efficiency and aesthetic design.

Design Philosophy
